I am currently working in the D’Souza Lab at Harvard University. Here I try to do a structure analysis of the NAD+-I Riboswitch utilizing a recently published method by the D’Souza group. Hereby it is possible to differently stable isotopically label the different domains of an RNA and through that simplify analysis using NMR spectroscopy. I have already adjusted well to life in the United States and really enjoy my time in the new research group and seeing new perspectives on the same research topic.
